All our mixed day tours require a minimum of 4 people to run. We will advise guests 48 hours prior should we need to cancel a tour.

Non-Refundable tickets

Customers who purchase a general Adult ticket will receive a credit if we are provided with notice of cancellation a minimum of 48 hours prior to your tour. If you have booked with a gift voucher or gift card, you will have this re-issued.
If cancellation is advised in less than 48 hours there are no refunds or credits provided. No-shows will be charged the full price.
Any changes to the date of your booking are subject to availability and a re-booking fee of $25
If we need to cancel the tour due to not reaching the minimum numbers, we will advise you 48 hours prior. We will attempt to re-book, or offer you a credit or refund in this instance

Fully Flexible Tickets

Customers who purchase an Adult Flexible ticket will receive a full refund (or credit) if we are provided with notice of cancellation a minimum of 48 hours prior to your tour. If you have booked with a gift voucher or gift card you will have this re-issued.
If cancellation is advised in less than 48 hours, there are no refunds. No-shows will be charged the full price.
Our Adult Flexible ticket allows you to change the date of your booking at no charge provided it is a minimum of 48 hours prior to your tour.
