Followed by an incredible lunch at Mapleton Public House where we were able to experience eating the fresh produce from the farm. A highlight was walking around The Falls Farm and hearing from Christina about their processes for cultivating sustainable and ethical crops which are supplied to some of the best chefs and restaurants in QLD. We then got to taste some of this produce at lunch which was definitely one of the best meals I've ever had (pictured).
