It is the responsibility of the customer to read through all the information on the Booking Confirmation and to check that all the details are correct.
To confirm a booking Creative Tours and Events (CTE) requires the requested 25% of full booking cost as a non-refundable deposit amount. Once the deposit has been received CTE will issue a booking confirmation. At this time customers are subject to the following CTE terms & conditions.
Any amendments to your booking after confirmation can only be accepted subject to availability. CTE reserves the right to charge an amendment fee for any such event. The deposit is non-refundable but can be used as credit towards a change of booking subject to availability. In the case of a medical cancellation, we may waive rebooking fees if a valid medical certificate is provided.
If you need to cancel your tour for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

Between 0 (day of tour) and 14 days before the tour – no refund
Between 15 and 30 days before the tour – 50% of the tour price paid per person
More than 30 days before the tour – 75% of the tour price paid per person
As some tour venues require advance payment, we apply a non-refundable deposit and may charge a booking amendment fee.
CTE reserves the right to change or cancel any bookings. If we cancel a tour, we will endeavor to do one of the following: Re-book you for another date or tour (subject to availability), transfer your booking to another person, and as a last resort refund your payment.
In the event of credit card payments, CTE will charge an additional fee of 2% of the value of the booking. CTE regrets that we are unable to take payment via American Express.
If the vehicle is damaged or soiled as a result of passenger actions, a clean-up fee of a minimum of $200 will be payable and/or the full cost of the damage will be charged to the person who made the booking.
CTE requires a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the tour cost to confirm a reservation. The balance is payable in full no later than 28 days prior to the date of travel.
Should your private event with Creative Tours & Events (CTE) not run to schedule due to customer actions — for example, delays in departing, not following the guide’s instructions, or choosing to extend time at a venue — CTE reserves the right to charge an extension fee in addition to the original cost of the tour. Extension fees are charged at $120 per hour, calculated on a pro rata basis. This does not apply to delays outside the customer’s control, such as traffic or unforeseen venue circumstances.
Food and beverage cannot be consumed on CTE transport.
Seat belts are compulsory, and CTE has the right to refuse travel if they are not worn.
Smoking is not permitted on CTE transport.
CTE has the right to terminate the charter or refuse travel to passengers who are:
CTE will always endeavour to get customers to their destinations on time, however, are not liable for delays subject to unforeseen circumstances, for example heavy road traffic or extreme weather conditions.
Our itinerary is subject to change based on venue bookings, closures, events or last-minute decisions. Whilst these changes are rare, we do reserve the right to make them, but will also ensure you receive the same inclusions.
CTE works closely with other high-quality charter services. From time to time the vehicle provided will be that of another company. Should this be the case with your booking please rest assured that all the vehicles we use meet our high safety and respectability standards.
Creative Tours gift cards and vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and can only be used towards tours subject to availability.
Creative Tours will make every effort to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies when advised in advance. Guests are responsible for informing us of any specific needs at the time of booking. While we liaise with venues to communicate these requirements, ultimate responsibility rests with the guest and the venue, and Creative Tours cannot be held liable in the event of an adverse reaction.
The Boxing Day Sale offers 10% off per order when booking eligible tours.
The discount applies to the total booking value per order.

Discounted bookings must be completed online via www.creativetours.com.au only.
The discount cannot be redeemed for bookings made over the phone, by email, or in person.
Tour dates must fall between 1 January and 28 February 2026, inclusive.
The offer is valid on all private and shared tours that have live availability on the website at the time of booking.
The discount must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added retrospectively.
All bookings are subject to availability and Creative Tours’ standard booking, payment, and cancellation policies.
